Description

Designed and manufactured in Hellas (Greece) by the genius Thanasis Raptis (a.k.a Imeo or ImeoThanasis) with the Esterigon in mind, similar to the Penelope v3 or Ithaka v2 (Ithaka Upgrade) regarding its coil / wick configuration: it counts with two terminal posts to attach the resistive wire (only resistive wire is required), but with more space between terminal posts, wider channels for wick and increased air flow.

The result: big clouds of vapor with great flavor and throat hit. Some say that it is like a dripper atomizer with tank, automatic liquid feeding and liquid flow control.

For all its characteristics and features, built with the well known GG quality and at an affordable price, makes Tilemahos one of the best (if not the best) atomizers in the market.

There are two versions of Tilemahos:

  • v1: Available in one diameter (21 mm), two base options: 510 sealed connector with air control & 510 open connector without air control, two finishes for the tank section: polished or matte (brushed). Regular GG mouthpiece and Drip Tips ready mouthpiece (optional accessory).
  • v2: Available in three diameters (21 mm, 22 mm, 23 mm), 510 sealed connector with air control, available in two finishes (whole unit): polished or matte (brused). Comes with a Drip Tip ready mouthpiece, not regular GG mouthpiece is available (at this moment).

Some Features / Characteristics:

Common

  • The setup doesn't require non resistive wire.
  • Extreremely easy assembling-dissasembling proccedure.
  • Small size with great liquid capacity.
  • Integrated liquid flow control via the mouthpiece.
  • Pressure release system after fill and refill (when closing the tank).
  • Big space to work on coils.
  • Micro and macro coil ready.

    • v1: "Tilemahos" and "GG" at the sides of the base.
    • v2: "GG" at base.
  • "Lung vaping style" ready due its increased airflow.
  • Clear tank option (optional accessory).

v1

  • 2 Versions available:
    • AD: to use on mods that do not count with integrated air flow control.
    • Normal: to use on mods that have integrated air flow control (AFC), as GG Esterigon.
  • 2 Finishes (tank section): Polished and matte.
  • Brass positive pin (stainless steel as an optional accessory).
  • v2 style upgrade positive pin with extension (optional accessory).
  • Air flow position indicator on the AFC versions (GG engraved letters).
  • Sealed positive pin (AFC version).
  • Air flow control O-Rings installed in the control ring.
  • Optional longer (1.5 mmm) tank, that increases the liquid capacity to 4.5ml. No additional mouthpiece and top cap are needed, however the mouthpiece will look 5mm shorter.

v2

  • Available in 3 diameters (21 mm, 22 mm, 23 mm).
  • 510 sealed connector with air flow control.
  • 2 Finishes (whole unit): Polished and matte.
  • Stainless steel positive pin with adjustable extension.
  • Air flow position indicator on the AFC versions (GG engraved letters).
  • Air flow control O-Rings installed on base.
  • Ajustable center pin extension is removable: it allows to empty the collector tank without the need of dismounting the unit.
  • Rounded wick channels for better liquid flow.
  • Thinner and longer air flow cuts on airflow control ring (better appearance).
  • GGTS Base for 23 mm Tilemahos (optional accessory).

Tips & Trick’s

Tilemahos Bases. © Picture by Gino (BitFumo).
  • Always clean your newly received device before first use.
  • Identify all the parts of your Tilemahos, a good practise is to disassemble and assemble your Tilemahos in its major components, there are great videos that show how to disassemble and assemble it, step by step: * GG Tilemahos (English) - by Bishopheals, Tilemahos (English)
  • Insure that all the parts as delrin insulators and o-rings discs are present and installed at the proper places (check the "Tilemahos Parts & Assembling Pictures" section below. NEVER use your Tilemahos if any of the delrin insulators or o-rings are missing: Using it without any of mentioned parts will produce a short circuit or leaks.
  • Use stainless steel mesh to clean the contact point at center pin, DO NOT use sandpaper. Optionally you can use toothbrush with toothpaste to clean it.
  • Ensure to lubricate with vaseline the o-rings of the center post and housing prior to tighten the whole rebuildable assembly against the base.
  • Use a allen key or a steel pin between the wick channels to tighten the rebuildable assembly in the base while holding the base with a towel or rubber gloves. Always check the height of the positive pin while doing this procedure: it should arise around 1/3 of millimeter above the 510 connector.

Installation procedure:

  1. Screw the hybrid base to Esterigon.
  2. Screw the rebuildable part until it stops.
  3. Assemble Tilemahos as usual.
Now everytime you screw-unscrew Tilemahos on Esterigon it will always sit on the right place without gaps and tight too.
